Web site development based on a two page web site that consists of a homepage, and a form contact page. This includes initial consultation, html coding, form creation, site tree development and all graphics unless provided by the client. Pages, in addition to the home page and contact page, are billed at an additional fee.
Domain and hosting purchases will be billed at cost if required.

Web development refers to any html coding, css coding, gallery creation, form creation, flash work, graphics creation and content development applying to an existing web site.

Web site Maintenance
Web site maintenance refers to multiple addition and subtraction of informationand graphics to an existing or new website over the course of a calendar month.

web ready (JPEG, GIF), high res (TIFF) and print (EPS) formats.
There will be an additional charge for all revisions past the first three.

Final price is determined by the complexity of work and time it takes to complete

Printing is not included in any design pricing. Designer can oversee printing
at a client’s printer of choice at an agreed rate.

*Three revision rule
Any project that has three rounds of revisions free will be billed
per hour after the third revision at a rate of $50/hr.
